2. Service Content

Data Sense Quiz is a quiz app for using public statistics, geography, elevation, and related data to estimate values and compare places. Questions, display, difficulty, matches, rankings, ads, and support features may be changed or suspended for improvement or operational reasons.

3. Data and Accuracy

Questions are created from public statistics, geography, elevation, and related data sources, but units, multipliers, display, and wording may be adjusted for quiz playability. Information in the app is for learning and entertainment and should not be used as a basis for professional judgment or important decisions.

4. External Services

The app may use external services such as the e-Stat API, Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Apple StoreKit, Apple Game Center, Google Forms, and email. Each external service is governed by the provider's own terms and policies.

5. Premium Membership

Premium Membership is a paid plan that automatically renews monthly. While active, it removes in-app ads and provides access to Quiz Lab. Quiz Lab content varies by app version. The timing, number, or continued availability of future quizzes is not guaranteed. Price, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's purchase interface and terms.

6. Prohibited Acts

  • Placing excessive load on the app or external services
  • Unauthorized access, tampering, reverse engineering, or similar acts
  • Infringing others' rights, privacy, or reputation
  • Abusing contact forms or email
  • Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

7. Intellectual Property

Rights to text, screen structure, programs, design, and other contents of the app and this support site belong to the developer or legitimate rights holders. Rights related to statistics data and external services belong to their respective providers.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for damages arising from use or inability to use the app, data errors, or suspension or specification changes of external services. The app is provided as-is and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability.
