Check these common questions before contacting support.

  1. Can I play without an e-Stat App ID?

    Yes. If no App ID is set, or if API loading fails, the app uses bundled statistics data. Setting an App ID lets the app fetch recommended question sets from the e-Stat API.

  2. Where is my e-Stat App ID stored?

    It is stored in the device Keychain. The developer does not receive it directly. When fetching API data, your device sends it to the e-Stat API.

  3. Where can I review ad and privacy settings?

    The app shows ad consent and privacy options when required. Ads use Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform.

  4. What powers online matches and rankings?

    The app uses Apple's Game Center for sign-in, matchmaking, rankings, and score submission.

  5. Can I view the source of question data?

    Yes. After answering, the result screen links to the relevant statistics table or data provider where available.
